Sequences with no regulation or change to expression levels, but serve to isolate parts' funcions from genetic context, improving modularity. Insulators are meant to help a ribosome binding site's function and terminators keep transcription from overflowing between two different cistrons.

"High" in terminators represents percent reduction in read-through.
