In this publication Cambray and colleagues characterize the readthrough of a library of natural and synthetic terminators, by measuring the fluorescence of two coding sequences with the terminator in between. The characterization encompassed more terminators (available in BioFab data in OpenWetWare), but the ones chosen for this repository were the ones with strength above 95 (% reduction).
