Groseclose, T. M., Rondon, R. E., Herde, Z. D., Aldrete, C. A. & Wilson, C. J. Engineered systems of inducible anti-repressors for the next generation of biological programming. Nat. Commun. 11, 4440 (2020).

In this publication, Groseclose and colleagues create a library of anti-repressor proteins, which have altered allosteric interactions with their ligands, compared to their repressor counterparts. This results in regulators which only repress a target promoter in the presence of their cognate ligand. The design of the anti-repressors is modular, meaning there are many possible combinations of ligand and DNA binding domains.
Here, the parts are separated by their operator, and the different variations sensing IPTG, fructose and D-ribose are described in the specific part pages. For this reason, dynamic range values are represented a span of values between the described combinations. Exact ON and OFF expression values were not openly and easily accessible.
