In this publication, Kylilis and coleagues characterize six quorum sensing promoters, their regulators, and cross-reactivities with each inducer. These are the same as other four characterized in another work in this repository, although in other conditions. It is also important to note that there are two other types of crosstalk (reporters/promoters and synthases/inducers) that need to be considered when using these parts. Orthogonality could be further improved changing the regulators expression.
