In this publication, Moore and colleagues characterize sets of constitutive promoters, ribosome binding sites and terminators, and develop a MoClo library (EcoFlex, available on Addgene) with the parts. Only some of the constitutive promoters are represented in this repository because the set of Anderson promoters and the terminators are characterized by other sources (see Terminators) and RBS strength measurements are usually not completely reliable when exchanging coding sequences.

Values were normalized by the activity of BBa_J23100, so should be comparable with other constitutive promoters in the repository.
