Reis, A. C. et al. Simultaneous repression of multiple bacterial genes using nonrepetitive extra-long sgRNA arrays. Nat. Biotechnol. 37, 1294–1301 (2019).

In this publication, Reis and colleagues develop non-repetitive gRNA handles for the simultaneous regulation of up to 13 targets. The sgRNA sequences are expressed together in an extra-long sgRNA array (ELSA).
'Low' and 'High' here represent the gene expression levels upon induction of sgRNA handles, repressing an mRFP1 gene. The values were then separated in the paper as highly-, moderately-, or non-functional. The latter are not displayed in this list.
