In this publication, Stanton and colleagues characterize a library of TerR-related repressors and promoters, found through bioinformatic part mining. Not all pairs are represented here, as they were further characterized in other works by the same group in another publication (BetI and PhlF). These promoters are used as NOT gates, for intra-circuit processing, and have shown to be sufficiently orthogonal for multiplexing.
