Initiators of translation by recruiting ribosomes to an mRNA molecule

Binding strength is dependant on the adjacent RNA sequences, including the 5'UTR and the N-terminal region of the coding sequence. The only RBSs presented here are the ones characterized with BCD insulators in the Biofab project, by the Endy Lab.
